This Intellectual Property Policy ("Policy") explains the ownership and permitted use of the intellectual property associated with Driply, a product of LeadSource Tech ("LeadSource Tech", "we", "our", or "us").
By accessing or using Driply, you acknowledge and agree to comply with this Policy.
1. Introduction
Driply is a proprietary software platform developed and owned by LeadSource Tech. This Policy outlines the intellectual property rights associated with the Service and the responsibilities of users regarding its use.
Nothing in this Policy transfers ownership of any intellectual property from LeadSource Tech to users.
2. Ownership of Driply
Driply, including its software, Chrome Extension, website, user interface, workflows, documentation, AI systems, designs, and underlying technology, is owned exclusively by LeadSource Tech or its licensors.
All intellectual property rights not expressly granted under this Policy remain the property of LeadSource Tech.
3. Copyright
All original content available through Driply, including but not limited to:
- Software code
- Website content
- User interface designs
- Graphics and illustrations
- Documentation
- Training materials
- Text
- Icons
- AI prompt structures
- Product workflows
is protected by applicable copyright laws and international copyright treaties.
No portion of the Service may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, modified, or displayed without prior written permission from LeadSource Tech, except where expressly permitted by law.
4. Trademarks
"Driply," "LeadSource Tech," associated logos, branding elements, slogans, product names, and visual identifiers are trademarks or registered trademarks of LeadSource Tech or their respective owners.
Nothing in this Policy grants users any right to use these trademarks without prior written consent.
Unauthorized use of our trademarks may violate trademark laws.
5. Software Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in the Driply software, including future updates, enhancements, bug fixes, and new features, remain the exclusive property of LeadSource Tech.
Your subscription or use of the Service provides access to the software but does not transfer ownership of the software or any related intellectual property.
6. Source Code Protection
The source code, object code, algorithms, architecture, databases, APIs, AI workflows, prompt engineering methods, business logic, and technical infrastructure used by Driply are proprietary and confidential.
Users may not access, copy, disclose, distribute, or attempt to obtain any part of the underlying source code except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
7. License Granted to Users
Subject to compliance with our Terms of Service, LeadSource Tech grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use Driply solely for your internal business or personal purposes.
This license does not permit ownership, resale, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of the Service or its underlying technology.
8. User Restrictions
Users may not:
- Copy or reproduce the Service.
- Modify or create derivative works based on the Service.
- Sell, sublicense, lease, rent, or redistribute the Service.
- Remove copyright or proprietary notices.
- Use the Service to build a competing product.
- Access the Service for benchmarking competitive software without authorization.
- Circumvent technical protections or security mechanisms.
- Share access credentials with unauthorized individuals.
- Use automated tools to extract proprietary information from the Service.
Any unauthorized use may result in suspension or termination of access and may give rise to legal action.
9. Reverse Engineering
Except where expressly permitted by applicable law, users may not:
- Reverse engineer
- Decompile
- Disassemble
- Decode
- Attempt to derive source code
- Analyze proprietary algorithms
- Replicate AI workflows
- Reconstruct the software architecture
or otherwise attempt to discover the underlying technology of Driply.
10. Open Source Components
Certain components of Driply may incorporate open source software licensed under their respective open source licenses.
Nothing in this Policy limits your rights under those applicable licenses.
Where required, LeadSource Tech will provide applicable open source notices and acknowledgements.
11. Third-Party Intellectual Property
Driply may integrate with or reference third-party platforms, technologies, trademarks, or services.
All intellectual property belonging to third parties remains the property of its respective owners.
Nothing in this Policy grants any rights to use third-party intellectual property beyond what is permitted by the applicable third-party terms.
12. Copyright Infringement Procedure
LeadSource Tech respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same.
If you believe that material available through Driply infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, you may submit a written notice containing:
- Your name and contact information.
- A description of the copyrighted work or intellectual property claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the material alleged to be infringing.
- The location of the material, if applicable.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized.
- A statement that the information provided is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
Upon receiving a valid notice, LeadSource Tech may investigate the claim and take appropriate action, including removing or disabling access to the disputed material where appropriate.
13. Reservation of Rights
Except for the limited license expressly granted under this Policy, LeadSource Tech reserves all rights, title, and interest in and to Driply and all associated intellectual property.
No rights are granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.
14. Changes to This Policy
LeadSource Tech may update this Intellectual Property Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our products, services, or legal obligations.
When material changes are made, the Effective Date at the top of this Policy will be updated.
Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
