Terms of Service

Welcome to Driply, a product of LeadSource Tech ("LeadSource Tech", "we", "our", or "us").

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Driply website, Chrome Extension, and software platform ("Service").

By accessing or using Driply, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. About Driply

Driply is an AI-powered sales enablement platform that helps users create personalized outreach messages for LinkedIn.

Driply assists users by generating message suggestions using artificial intelligence based on information available from LinkedIn profiles and user-provided inputs.

Driply does not send messages automatically on behalf of users.

All outreach actions are initiated manually by the user.

2. Eligibility

You must:

  • be at least 18 years old
  • have legal authority to enter into these Terms
  • comply with all applicable laws
  • comply with LinkedIn's Terms of Service

You are responsible for ensuring your use of Driply complies with the policies of any third-party platforms you use.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

  • provide accurate information
  • keep your information updated
  • maintain the security of your account
  • keep your password confidential

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

Driply operates on a subscription basis.

Your subscription may include:

  • Monthly Plan
  • Annual Plan
  • Free Trial (where offered)

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Prices may change in the future. Any pricing changes will apply only to future billing cycles after notice has been provided.

5. Payments

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

We do not store your complete payment card information.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of your subscription.

6. Free Trial

If a free trial is offered:

  • access is provided for the advertised period
  • features may be limited
  • the trial may be cancelled at any time

LeadSource Tech reserves the right to modify or discontinue free trials.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • violate any law
  • impersonate another person
  • engage in fraud
  • generate misleading or deceptive communications
  • use Driply for spam campaigns
  • interfere with the operation of the Service
  • attempt to reverse engineer the software
  • scrape or copy Driply systems
  • bypass subscription limitations

8. AI Generated Content

Driply generates content using artificial intelligence.

AI-generated content:

  • may not always be accurate
  • should be reviewed before use
  • remains the user's responsibility

Users are solely responsible for any messages they choose to send.

LeadSource Tech does not guarantee that generated content will achieve any particular business outcome.

9. LinkedIn Usage

Driply is designed to assist users in preparing personalized outreach.

Driply:

  • does not automate messaging
  • does not send connection requests
  • does not guarantee compliance with LinkedIn policies

Users are solely responsible for how they use LinkedIn.

Any suspension or restriction imposed by LinkedIn is outside the control of LeadSource Tech.

10. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will not use Driply to:

  • harass others
  • discriminate against individuals
  • distribute illegal content
  • distribute malware
  • violate intellectual property rights
  • violate privacy laws

11. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, designs, source code, documentation, logos, graphics, workflows, AI prompts, and proprietary systems remain the exclusive property of LeadSource Tech.

Using Driply does not grant ownership of any intellectual property.

12. User Content

You retain ownership of the information you submit.

By using the Service, you grant LeadSource Tech a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

We do not claim ownership of your business information.

13. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The Service may occasionally experience:

  • maintenance
  • updates
  • outages
  • network interruptions

14. Feature Changes

We may:

  • add features
  • modify features
  • remove features
  • improve AI models
  • redesign workflows

without prior notice.

15. Beta Features

Certain features may be released as beta.

Beta features are provided "as is" and may contain bugs or inaccuracies.

16. Third-Party Services

Driply integrates with third-party services, including browser technologies, AI providers, and payment providers.

We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of third-party services.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeadSource Tech shall not be liable for:

  • lost profits
  • lost revenue
  • business interruption
  • loss of customers
  • indirect damages
  • incidental damages
  • consequential damages

arising from use of the Service.

18. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We make no warranties regarding:

  • uninterrupted availability
  • AI accuracy
  • business success
  • lead conversion
  • response rates
  • compatibility with every browser or platform

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LeadSource Tech, its employees, directors, affiliates, and partners from claims arising out of:

  • your use of the Service
  • violation of these Terms
  • misuse of AI-generated content
  • violation of third-party rights

20. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • violate these Terms
  • abuse the platform
  • engage in illegal activity
  • attempt unauthorized access
  • misuse AI resources

Termination may occur without prior notice for serious violations.

21. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise required by applicable law:

  • subscription fees are non-refundable
  • partial subscription periods are not refunded
  • cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not refund prior payments

Any promotional offers may have separate refund conditions.

22. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

When significant changes are made, we will revise the Effective Date.

Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
