Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to subscriptions for Driply, a product of AARIYAS LEADSOURCE TECH PRIVATE LIMITED ("LeadSource Tech", "we", "our", or "us").

By subscribing to a paid Driply plan, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Subscriptions

Driply is offered on a subscription basis with auto-renewing plans (for example, monthly and yearly options).

Payment is charged in advance for each billing cycle through our authorized payment provider (Razorpay).

Current plan names and prices are shown on our Pricing page and at checkout before you pay.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless auto-renewal is cancelled before the renewal date.

2. How to Cancel

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account:

Go to Dashboard → Driply Store → Subscription
Click Cancel auto-renewal

After cancellation, auto-renew is turned OFF for your subscription. You will retain full access until the end of the current paid billing cycle. Your plan will not renew after that.

Cancellation stops future renewals only. It does not refund the amount already paid for the current cycle.

As stated in our Terms of Service (Section 21 — Refund Policy), unless otherwise required by applicable law:

subscription fees are non-refundable
partial subscription periods are not refunded
cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not refund prior payments

Any promotional offers may have separate refund conditions.

3. Refunds

Unless otherwise required by applicable law:

Failed or declined payments are not charged. If a payment fails, your subscription may be suspended until payment succeeds.

If you are charged twice for the same period due to a technical error or duplicate charge, please contact us within 7 days at info@leadsource.tech. After verification, the excess amount will be refunded to the original source account within 7–10 working days.

4. Free Trial

Where a free trial is offered:

access is provided for the advertised trial period (for example, 7 days)
you can cancel at any time during the trial
no charge applies if you cancel before the trial ends

LeadSource Tech reserves the right to modify or discontinue free trials.

5. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
